• cravat - 1 meter (white) 2pcs
• snacks, water, pack lunch
• tags for triage (2 colors each)

attire:

1. official "E" nsg tshirt
2. used jeans (not skinny, not hipster) straight cut only
3. rubber shoes only
4. towel
5. raincoat
6. extra tshirt, jeans & underwear

Group (RLE grouping):

1. blanket (strong to hold a person)
2. rubber mat or plastic mat (1pc?)
3. 5 (not sure) meter thick rope
4. bamboo splints:
5. 1 pair 7 feet
6. 1 pair armpit - forearm length
7. 1 pair armpit - finger length
8. 1 pair armpit - ankle length
9. 1 pair hip & feet length
10. 2 bottles (1L) of IVF - isotonic
11. 1 nassal cannula
12. 1 IV tubing
13. 2 pcs roller bandage 4"x2"
14. 1 facial mask

• All materials shall be donated at our nursing arts lab after the event.
• Class treasurers please collect P100.00 each students for the downpayment of the "E" tshirt. Due of payment: March 10, 2008
